The essence of the Florentine watchmaker’s creativity and its rich history are concentrated in this new watch, available exclusively in its network of boutiques.

The history of this legendary watch, conceived by the workshop founded in Florence by Giovanni Panerai, is marked by four key dates: 1916, when a patent was filed for a radium-based material called Radiomir, which guaranteed a high level of luminescence; 1935, when the first prototype of a military diver’s watch was presented, with a cushion-shaped tripartite case measuring 47mm in diameter; 1949, when radium was replaced by tritium; and 1997, when the Radiomir was launched on the market. And a fifth date has been added to this chronology, 2023, the year dedicated to this legendary collection, of which one piece stands out: the Radiomir California (PAM01349).

Machined in eSteel^TM, a resistant alloy made from 95% recycled scrap steel, and slightly darkened by PVD to obtain the patina effect of time, the famous Brunito, the 45mm diameter case, water-resistant to 100m, houses the hand-wound P.5000 caliber with a soft frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, which, thanks to its two barrels, delivers a formidable 8-day power reserve. Inspired by a Panerai heritage piece, the reference 3646, this new watch has the elegant allure of the past with its delicately grained dial covered in a green color that oscillates between olive and khaki, and covered with vanilla-colored Super-LumiNova®, a visual signature known as California. The dial alternates with Arabic numerals in its lower part and Roman numerals in its upper part, punctuated at the cardinal points by geometric indexes. In the center, curved by a copper-tinted minute track, two blued baton-type hands indicate the hours and minutes.

Sunny, luminous, bright: the two new watches produced by the Florentine watchmaker present a full look in Goldtech^TM alloy to make the wrist flamboyant.

For those who live in the northern hemisphere, part of our immediate environment embraces the trendiest seasonal color: gold. Indeed, its reddish hue envelops nature, coloring the leaves of trees before the cold season. It is thus spreading into the watchmaking landscape by dressing the Luminor Due TuttoOro, a new elegant watch available in two versions that Panerai is presenting in this second half of autumn.

TuttoOro, which literally translates from Italian into English as “all gold”, defines the precious metal that dresses this duo from top to bottom, Goldtech^TM, a gold alloy specific to the Florentine watchmaker that contains a high percentage of copper and platinum. This union provides a luminosity that is both flamboyant and durable. The intensity of this new material embraces the 38mm diameter case as well as the bracelet whose links take up the half-moon silhouette of the famous crown protection bridge. The whole is harmonious, comfortable and radiant.

The dial, presented in foam white or ocean blue, retains the sandwich structure typical of Panerai watches, with hollowed baton-shaped hour markers and Arabic numerals, which are flanked by a pair of golden hands, all coated with sand-colored Super-LumiNova®. The same goes for the curved small seconds hand at 9 o’clock. The date is indicated in a window at 3 o’clock. The Luminor Due TuttoOro is powered by the automatic P.900 caliber which, when fully wound, delivers a formidable three-day power reserve.

The star of the night takes up residence on the dials of four new automatic models, including three in steel, unveiled this fall by the Florentine watch brand.

Introduced in 2017 and bearing all the symbols that make up Panerai‘s unique signature, the Luminor Due collection has been growing over the years. In this fall season, it welcomes a complication renowned in particular for its poetic spirit, the moon phase, which it harmoniously integrates into the architectural face of four new references named Luminor Due Luna.

This series of watches is based on the technical performance of the P.900/MP caliber, a 4hz automatic movement with a unique barrel and a large three-day power reserve. It is housed in a 38mm case, water-resistant to a depth of 30m, machined in steel (for three of the four models) and in Goldtech^TM (for the Luminor Due Luna Madreperla), a gold, platinum and copper-based alloy for a unique, long-lasting shine.

The dials, with their famous sandwich structure, come in two variations: white with gold indexes, Arabic numerals and hands highlighted with sand-colored Super-LumiNova®, or blue with the white-tinted luminescent material. Only the Luminor Due Luna Madreperla, with its white mother-of-pearl face, has an applied hour circle that gives a different relief. At 9 o’clock, the moon phase with its golden disc on a navy blue sky echoes the small seconds at 3 o’clock. The steel models are worn on an alligator leather strap or a bracelet with links whose half-moon shape is directly inspired by the famous crown protection bridge.

Partner of the Italian nautical challenge since 2017, the Florentine watchmaker unveils a new limited edition, equipped with a hand-wound caliber, which surprises with the combination of colors on its dial and strap.

It was at the beginning of the 20^th century that Panerai forged special ties with the ocean world by supplying instruments to the Italian Navy, a very close, almost intimate relationship that the Florence-based watchmaker still nurtures. Proof of this is, in addition to its rich catalog of watches, the partnership signed in 2017 with the Italian challenge team and concretized in 2020 during the 36^th America’s Cup by the presentation of a series of four models and, this year, a limited edition of 1,500 pieces: the Luminor Luna Rossa watch (PAM 01342).

Two years before the next America’s Cup scheduled for 2024 in Barcelona, this novelty embodies the prestigious spirit of the famous regatta and opts for the color combination of the Luna Rossa team, which it adopts with elegance. Its matt white dial – an unusual color in Panerai collections – is adorned with grey Arabic numerals and hour markers that match the steel of the 44mm-diameter case and its crown-protector bridge. In the center, two baton-style hands, coated with green glowing luminescent material, display the hours and minutes, while the seconds are marked by a small vermilion-painted second hand at 9 o’clock.

These time functions are driven by the P.6000 caliber, a hand-wound movement that provides a 3-day power reserve. The Luminor Luna Rossa is completed by a grey bi-material strap with a central red stripe featuring the team logo and a steel pin buckle.

Drawing on its strong ties to the seas and oceans, Panerai is firmly committed to protecting them and, more generally, to preserving the environment. Among the initiatives pursued: the desire to become increasingly sustainable in order to limit the ecological impact of its production! This strategy began to take hold in 2021 with the introduction of eSteel, a 95% recycled steel. This year, evoking the 44mm diameter of the very first model marketed to the general public in 1993, the manufacturer is unveiling the Submersible QuarantaQuattro eSteel^TM. 72 grams, or 52% of the total 137g weight of the diving watch are made of recycled material! In addition to the emblematic case with its satin-finish crown protector, waterproof to a depth of 300 meters, the two wristbands supplied, one in PET, the other in rubber, are sourced from recycled material.

Three exquisite versions are available. The Blu Profondo, Grigio Roccia, and Verde Smeraldo feature an elegant blue, gray, and green gradient dial respectively.  For the first time, the case is crowned with a bezel in a coordinated color, machined in polished ceramic. However you choose, each of the timepieces is powered by the P.900 caliber. This powerful self-winding mechanism provides a minimum of three days power reserve. You can enjoy the display of time information both by day and also by night thanks to the hands and marks covered with green and blue luminescent material. Hypnotizing… like the depths of the sea!

To celebrate the introduction of a new boutique concept in Geneva, the Swiss-Italian watchmaker presents a limited edition in titanium DLC with the symbol of the lake city engraved on the back.

To mark the year 2022 under the sign of renewal, Panerai has opened the doors of a new boutique in Geneva. This two-story showcase on the coveted Rue du Rhône, at no. 21, has a concept called “Modularità Espressiva”, or expressive modularity, which offers a unique customer experience, transforms according to your desires, and creates a relaxed atmosphere around the bar where you can enjoy a coffee while choosing the strap for your watch, for example. Everything is so well arranged and decorated that you instantly feel at home. This inauguration led to the creation of the Luminor Geneva Boutique Special Edition or PAM02121, available only in the Geneva store and produced in only… 121 pieces!

The 44mm case, including the fixed bezel and the famous crown-protector bridge, is made of DLC-coated titanium in a matte finish that blends perfectly with the grey gradient color of the dial. With its grained and thus tinted surface, the dial evokes the rough appearance of granite. The hour markers, Arabic numerals and dark baton-shaped central hour and minute hands are coated with luminescent material for a readable display even in the dark.

The time data is given by the P.5000 caliber, a hand-wound movement that vibrates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, incorporates two barrels and delivers 8 days of power reserve as indicated by the Italian inscription “8 giorni” at 6 o’clock on the dial.

The Florentine watchmaker is banking on a new diameter to fit all types of wrists, on three classic dial colors and on its quick-change strap system to sail through life according to your mood.

The Luminor Marina is impressive with its unique look defined by its cushion-shaped case, its perfectly identifiable crown guard and its famous “sandwich” dial. It is now available in a version with dimensions adapted to all types of wrists. With the new Luminor Marina Quaranta, Panerai introduces a 40mm inclusive diameter that replaces the 42mm and becomes the smallest of the collection. To mark this milestone, the Florentine brand presents a trio of timepieces in bright, classic colors.

The steel case is water-resistant to 100 meters and houses the P.900 caliber, a mechanical movement with automatic winding (4hz) that delivers a 3 days power reserve, like most Panerai watches. On the dial side, it brings to life the central hours and minutes, the small seconds in a counter at 9 o’clock, and the date in an aperture at 3 o’clock.

Three face colors are offered – sunray blue (PAM01270), matte white (PAM01271) and matte black (PAM01272) – with silvered baton-style hands and hour markers coated with white, putty-colored or green Super-LumiNova® depending on the version chosen. Only PAM01272 features a blued seconds hand. The date is also adapted to this color chart by being displayed in black or white on a light or dark background.

Each Luminor Marina Quaranta comes with two leather straps, alligator and calfskin, with pin buckles, which are easily interchangeable thanks to a special system that requires no tools.

From now on, having a thin wrist or preferring “reasonable” size watches is no longer an obstacle to wearing a timepiece produced by the Florentine watchmaker. And in order to expand its offer to a mixed public, it has added two new references to its catalog.

Knowing how to adapt to an ever-widening public is an essential quality for any self-respecting watch brand. Traditions are made to be modernized, gently shaken up. While the trend in the industry is finally genderless, watches for a mixed clientele, women as well as men, thin wrists as well as wide ones, without discrimination of any kind, and because free will is inescapable, Panerai is continuing the momentum it started in 2018 with the Luminor Due and designing the Luminor Piccolo Due, which it is expanding this fall with two new models.

Equipped with a 38mm-diameter steel case that features the famous patented crown-protector bridge, these two references have two radically different dial colors: a radiant anthracite to create a contrast with the white Super-LumiNova® of its hour-circle and a golden beige that blends perfectly with the ivory hue of its baton-shaped hour markers and curved Arabic numerals. The same symbiosis is found in the date window at 3 o’clock, presented in black on a light background or white on a dark background. In the center, two luminescent gold hands display the hours and minutes, completed by a small seconds counter at 9 o’clock.

After unveiling two chronographs in its Submersible range, the Florentine Officine showcases a new creation proposed in just 70 pieces honoring the French free diver.

To celebrate the 70^th anniversary of the invention of the luminescent material made using tritium and which gave its name to one of the brand’s collections, Panerai unveils a limited edition totally in tune with the aquatic world. The silhouette and signature of the ambassador who is the namesake of the Luminor Marina 44mm Guillaume Néry Edition are engraved on the dodecagonal screwed caseback. Dial-side, we discover the typical adornments of the model with an hour chapter comprising three large Arabic numerals and indexes, hovered over by baton-style hour and minute hands, all coated with Super-LumiNova®. The date set at 3 o’clock harmonizes the scenescape hand-in-hand with the small seconds placed at 9 o’clock. All these features come to life in an up-to-the-minute ambiance boosted by the color chosen, a black boasting a gradient effect, but also boosted by the presence of rubber on the bezel and titanium, the material selected for the 44 mm-diameter case and signature crown protection device.

This watch, referenced under PAM01122, waterproof to depths of 300 meters, is driven by an automatic movement. The P.9010 caliber which, once fully wound, delivers 3-day autonomy to the time data.

To celebrate this fan club’s 20^th anniversary and hand-in-hand with it, the Italian watchmaker imagined a 1,020-piece limited edition via its famous Laboratorio di Idee: Radiomir Venti (PAM02020).

This special model takes its inspiration from the first-ever Radiomir prototypes made back in the 1930s, and reproduces in particular the fluted, conical crown and sword-shaped hour and minute hands. To enhance this newcomer’s vintage look, the dial of its famous “sandwich” construction delights with an exquisite satin-brushed chocolate hue like the tropical style of some black discs which become faded over time as a result of humidity and the sun. This aging effect is highlighted even more so by the matt patina which adorns the 45 mm-diameter cushion-shaped steel case. The 4 Arabic numerals, slender indexes and hands, all gilded, are topped with beige-pink Super-LumiNova® which matches the soft-touch calfskin strap clasped by an ardillon buckle in steel with an aged patina effect.

The Radiomir Venti is driven by the hand-wound P.600 caliber which, like most Panerai watches, delivers a power reserve of 3 days.

For the 70 years of this luminescent material made based on tritium which gave its name to the Florentine brand’s well-known collection, Panerai has released a Luminor Marina as a limited 270-piece series which embraces a warranty of… 70 years! Besides its 44 mm-diameter case waterproof to a depth of 300 m and crafted in a material obtained by basalt fusion, Fibratech^TM, this model PAM0119 stands out with its one-of-a-kind X1-type Super-LumiNova^TM, developed by RC Tritec, which features on its iconic elements. As such, the crown-protecting bridge, the crown itself, the locking lever as well as the dial and the overstitching on the Sportech^TM-fashioned black strap light up in the dark spectacularly for an ever-so long period of time.

This timepiece’s time data is driven by a self-winding movement. The P.9010 caliber incorporates a system which ensures that the hour hand and the date can be set simultaneously. Once fully wound, it delivers a power reserve of 3 days thanks to the existence of two barrels.

The most recent newcomer from the Italian watchmaker, totally cloaked in black, is a technological masterpiece which center stages a composite material designed based on lightweight, resistant carbon fiber: Carbotech^TM

Technical sophistication, robustness and design are the keywords which define, in a nutshell, Panerai-produced watches. The Florence-based watchmaker is world-class in terms of expertise which is fine-tuned in particular through its famous Laboratorio di Idee, a sort of think tank in charge of research and development set up in the Neuchâtel manufacture. Carbotech^TM, one of this laboratory’s recent inventions, known for its lightness and soundness, is a black composite material obtained from carbon fiber deposited in layers then agglomerated using high pressure. The marbling which it features makes the watch which it adorns unique, like the new Luminor Marina Carbotech^TM.

This piece’s 44 mm-diameter, 14.50 mm-thick case records an impressive weight of just 96 g, and its waterproofness is just as impressive, down to a depth of 300 m. Its fixed bezel as well as its crown-protecting lever bridge are also fashioned in Carbotech^TM. Only the caseback is in titanium coated with black DLC.

This dark case hosts the self-winding P.9010 caliber which drives the time functions (central hours and minutes, small seconds at 9 o’clock and date at 3 o’clock), beats at a standard frequency of 4 Hz and delivers a power reserve of 3 days.

On the black sandwich-style dial, the hour chapter with its baton-shaped markers and Arabic numerals, the baton-shaped hands and the running seconds counter are all coated with green-glowing sky blue Super-LumiNova® offering optimal readability. As for the date, it is displayed in white on a black backdrop.

This new Luminor Marina Carbotech^TM is worn with a black strap made of Sportech^TM, a material similar to rubber, adorned with sky-blue overstitching around the edges and closed with a DLC-coated titanium buckle.
